Product Description

Work Principle
General material is pumped by centrifugal pump into the sterilizer in the hot and cold material heat exchange device and get preheated, and then through the high temperature barrel filled with high pressure, the material is rapidly heated to the sterilization temperature and kept about 3 seconds after the previous, in which the microorganisms and enzymes are quickly killed. Material out of the high-temperature barrel through the heat exchange with the cold material to obtain cooling, the general temperature is below 65 ℃. If the next process needs to increase the temperature can be adjusted through the angle shut-off valve or circulation and other ways to achieve the requirements, and vice versa through the access to cooling water to reduce the temperature of the discharge. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which enables the boiling point of the material to be maintained at a certain pressure above the maximum temperature. Adjust this valve during normal production, by the pump's driving force to overcome the spring pressure and generate back pressure to control the flow, in the cleaning of the sterilizer should be fully open. Circulation tank can be used to prepare acid and alkali solution, the coil wall scale buildup for effective cleaning. Due to the simultaneous use of Stainless steel three-way plug, the flow rate can be properly adjusted.
